What data we process and why

This website does not store personal data on its own server. The only data you provide is in the booking form (name, date, time, party size and an optional note), and it is not stored here: submitting it opens WhatsApp with the message pre-written, and you choose whether to send it.

The sole purpose is to manage your booking and look after you as a guest.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (when you send us the booking) and on our legitimate interest in handling your request.

Recipients

When you book via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under their own policies. The directions map is provided by Google and only loads if you explicitly request it.

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Chipre (UE)), whose server may log your IP address. See their privacy policy at https://www.hostinger.es/legal/politica-de-privacidad.

Retention

As the website stores no data, there is no retention period on our side. WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and the customer relationship.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to avilesm@hotmail.es.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
